This policy explains what information digitalasur.com collects when you visit the site or submit a contact form, and how that information is used.

When you submit a contact or project inquiry form, I collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, and message. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the agreed services. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Analytics and tracking
This site uses Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of advertising campaigns. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and referral source. Where required, a consent banner lets you choose which categories of tracking to allow before non-essential cookies are set.
4. Advertising click identifiers
If you arrive at this site by clicking a Google, Meta, or LinkedIn ad, the site may capture an associated click identifier (such as a GCLID or FBCLID) to measure which ads led to genuine business inquiries. This identifier is used to report conversion data back to the relevant ad platform and is not used to build a profile of you beyond that purpose.
5. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage my services, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period for record-keeping. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing the address below.
6. Third-party services
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and may use Cloudflare Workers and Google Sheets to process form submissions. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing data they process on my behalf.
7. Your choices
You can decline non-essential cookies through the consent banner, use browser settings to block cookies generally, or contact me to ask what data is held about you and request its correction or deletion.
