Project details

If you’re currently paying one agency for Google Ads, another freelancer for Meta, and hoping your GA4 numbers line up between the two, you already know the actual cost of a fragmented PPC management setup isn’t the invoices — it’s the coordination tax. Nobody owns the whole funnel, so nobody notices when Meta is quietly cannibalizing traffic that Google Search was already converting for free. I’ve managed up to ₹11 lakh a month in combined ad spend across Meta, Google and LinkedIn for a single business, which means the strategy is built platform-by-platform from day one rather than stitched together after the fact. Pricing for PPC management scales with how many platforms and how much ongoing optimization you need — the tiers below cover single-platform starts through full cross-platform management.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to get started?

Access to whichever platforms you want managed — Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager — plus a sense of your current monthly ad budget and what you're optimizing for (leads, sales, bookings).

Is ad spend included?

No — the fee covers management, not the media budget itself. You keep control of and pay your ad platforms directly.

Is LinkedIn included at every tier?

It's part of the Advanced tier by default, since LinkedIn makes sense mainly for B2B accounts. It can be added to Starter or Standard as an add-on if you need it sooner.

Can you manage just one platform out of all of them?

Yes — the Starter tier is built for exactly that. Most businesses that start with one platform add a second once the first is performing.

How often will I get updates?

Standard and Advanced include analytical ad reporting; weekly reporting calls are available as an add-on if you want a standing check-in rather than async reports.

Steps for completing your project

  1. 1

    Send requirements

Share your current ad accounts (if any), monthly budget range, and what a good result looks like for your business.

  2. 2

    Discovery & multi-platform access

We align on goals and I get access across Meta, Google and LinkedIn as needed, onboarded as an authorized user on each Business Manager or Ads account.

  3. 3

    Cross-platform strategy

I map out how budget and role are split across platforms — including keyword research for the Google Ads side — so each channel is doing the job it's best at.

  4. 4

    Ongoing management

Campaigns are built, launched, and optimized on a regular cadence for the length of the management period.

  5. 5

    Review, release, feedback

You review results against the agreed goals, release payment, and we discuss whether to continue into the next cycle.
